Kekkei Genkai Name: Mushokugan
Physiological Attributes: Despite its name, the Mushokugan is far from colorless. This doujutsu only manifests in one eye, usually the right. The sclera of the eye, which is usually white, is pure black, and the iris is bright red in color. It is said that users often lead miserable lives, due to the frightening appearance of this eye.
Special Abilities: This doujutsu has no special abilities so to speak of beyond the fact it can see chakra. In the case of the Mushokugan, the eye can normally only perceive the color white. The world as seen through this eye appears not unlike an uncolored picture: everything is white with black outlines. The only other colors it can see are the color of chakra, whether it be infused in an item or while being used. Despite being able to see chakra, the Mushokugan cannot see chakra points, as some doujutsu have been known to do. Rather, when chakra is used, those looking through the eye can see color—chakra—billowing about the chakra user. Those with extremely strong eyes might see people colored in with their chakra color even when chakra is not in use.
Stages: This doujutsu has no known stages.
Method of Obtainment: Though it is extremely rare, all users are born with it. However, its manifestation does not seem to be connected to blood linage.
Limitations/Drawbacks: As stated before, the Mushokugan can only perceive a world in white, save for the colors of chakra. Because this only occurs in a single eye, those with the Mushokugan cannot see properly with both eyes open, as it brings about a disorientating effect that confuses the brain. Also, there is no way to deactivate this doujutsu, which makes it so that users must cover at least one eye at all times.
