Description:The user performs the Hebi(snake),Tora(tiger) then Ryu(dragon) Handseals Shortly after they shape their hands like pistols with two fingers pointing forward (the pointing and middle fingers )and the other two are bent with the thumb facing vertically upwards from there the user is able to release sharp ,fast and rapidly spinning bullets made out of wind the size of crayons from both hands in multiple directions by lowering their thumb repeatedly
This can cut through wood ,stone and cuts through clothing causing cuts to the flesh that may slow an enemy down and may knock an enemy back or off their feet
Additional Information:User may only release six shots per atempt and once a user uses the jutsu more then 4 times per thread they feel extreme numbness in their arms and lose the use of their fingers for the rest of the thread and exhaustion
