Physiological Attributes:
Those who posses Dōteki Gyakuten are known for their wild red hair and very thick skin that is difficult to cut, though it is said to be more susceptible to bruising. Their skin is also very resilient, superficial blemishes tending to heal remarkably fast.

Special Abilities:
The Dōteki Gyakuten kekkei genkai (Kinetic Reversal) grants it's user the unique ability to form a cloak of absorbent but volatile grey chakra around their body. This cloak is capable of absorbing just the kinetic force of incoming attacks, allowing the user to then releases said force through a clan technique.

Method of Obtainment:
The Dōteki Gyakuten bloodline is hereditary and only found in members of the Itou clan.

Limitations/Drawbacks:
When their kinetic cloak is active, outside of manipulating their kinetic cloak, the user is incapable of using any other chakra-based technique. Due to only absorbing and redirecting kinetic energy, the cloak does not do much against attacks that do not carry kinetic force and focus on different aspects, such as heat.

Additional Information:
Usage of the kinetic cloak and mastery of it are actually quite different. While all Itou clan members are capable of evoking their kinetic cloak and redirecting kinetic energy, few have actually mastered controlling the released kinetic energy in combat. This effectively means with sufficient training released energy can be utilized more creatively.
