Description:The user of this Jutsu forms the ryu(dragon) Handseal from there wind from all around the battlefield will begin to spiral rapidly and wildley until a traditional Japanese dragon is formed out of wind and chakra about the size of orochimaru's Purple king snake
This dragon has a will of its own and moves by itself its main goal is to protect its owner and his or her's alies it consumes attacking ninjutsu and relies on the chakra that comes from the attacks it consumes to sustain itself if an attack is to big or too powerful for it to consume it will open its mouth,swallow it then consume only the ammount it needs then it uses the twisting winds it is made of to redirect it in another direction still protecting its owner
Additional Information:
•user can only summon one per thread regardless of their skill
•It must consume atleast one jutsu to sustain itslef for six posts
•If six posts pass without it consuming a jutsu it will take chakra from its user to sustain itself for the next 6 posts against its users will unless the user ends the jutsu on purpose
