Mission Name: Bounty Mission: Genma Toushiro
Mission Rank: S-Rank
Suggested Shinobi: Mizukage only
Location: Water Country
OOC Information: A small NPC team of ANBU (at least two) will accompany you on this mission. Genma should have at least twenty shinobi of varying ranks at his disposal, and it is up to you if he is still an A-Rank, or has increased his power enough to be classified as an S-Rank. Genma must be eliminated, and all his subjects either eliminated or detained to successfully complete the mission.
Mission Description: Genma Toushiro. That name still makes the entire council of Kirigakure cringe after he was stripped of his rank and dispatched from the village seven years ago. Genma was a power hungry man who was set on becoming the next Mizukage. However, he wished to rule with blood and fear. Promising he'd invoke a dictatorship, and that those who opposed him would be slaughtered as traitors. His own genin team met this fate when they refused to be his first 'subordinates'. Upon returning from a mission without his genin, Genma claimed they'd been killed on the mission. Suspecting the worst, the council ordered an investigation, and though they never found solid proof that he'd killed them himself, his behavior and the suspicions resulted in him being stripped of his ranks and dispatched from Kirigakure. However, there are rumors that somewhere in the Water Country he has started recruiting shinobi from Kirigakure and neighboring countries to join a new shinobi village, where he would rule as Kage. Both the water Daimyo and the council refuse to stand for fighting within the country, and those loyal to the Mizukage cry out at that it is a slap in the face to both him and Kirigakure. It has been decided that Genma is to be eliminated, and his subordinates are to be detained, or eliminated should they refuse to cooperate. However, please exercise caution as Genma was exiled as an A-Rank, and his growth as a shinobi is unknown, as well as the prowess of those who serve him.
Objective:
- Find out where Genma is building his shinobi village.
- Infiltrate the village, and eliminate Genma. Detain or eliminate the shinobi who are following him, and ensure there are no civilian casualties.
- Return to Kirigakure with proof that Genma has been eliminated, and ensure the detained shinobi (if any) are escorted to jail.
