Description: The user forms an 'o' with their hand, cupping their mouth and allowing for air to pass through the 'o' shape in their hand. By building up hot steam mixed with chakra within their body, the user is able to use shape manipulation to mold the steam/chakra mixture into the shape of oval darts that they shoot through their hand at high speeds and with great precision. The darts are made up of extremely hot steam that has a more solid form due to being mixed with chakra, and as such, when they hit the skin they cause burns rather than cuts. If a dart were to skim your skin, for example, the sheer heat of the dart would tear open a small gash, despite the dart having no sharp edges.
Additional Information: Getting hit by a dart or two isn't life threatening, as they only cause small gashes. But it would be wise not to stand there and get hit by several, as the damage will add up. The number of darts the user can produce is dependent on the amount of chakra used.
