Description: By molding chakra with a hot steam produced inside the user, they can spit out a stream of semi-solidified steam that takes on the shape of a long chain. This chain can then be used as a weapon, but requires that chakra continuously be poured into it to maintain it's shape. The user can control the pH (acidity) of the steam, changing a simple chain to one that is incredibly acidic and capable of searing skin. This chain can be used to bind a target and block projectiles such as kunai or shuriken. But as it isn't a complete solid, stronger weapons such as swords may be able to sever it. If the chain is severed by these means, or dispersed by the user, the hot steam can still be controlled for a minute to cause minor burns until the steam dissipates.
Additional Information: Teru (Naoto) has been known to use the chain as a rope to bind, as a whip, and she has also wrapped it around her knuckles to increase the damage of her punches. The longer the chain is in contact with the victim's skin, the more damage it does. This also depends on the pH of the chain.
