Description: This is the hiden technique most Uruoi have knowledge of. This gives them the ability to control moisture on a larger scale. After performing hand seals, the user disperses any amount of water molecules not located within organic materials and applies those molecules to a form and texture. Like a cloud for example. They can then apply temperature and movement to the equation and create a self made cloud that can only be ten meters long / diameter. That length applies for all self made accumulation attacks made by this technique. If raiton chakra is applied to any formation used, it can create a devastating combination. ( Small thunderstorms, shocking mist, etc. )
Additional Information: This technique can only be used once every three posts to create a ten meter diameter formation. The user can choose which targets are affected by this technique.

Method of Attainment: Through Birth.
Limitations/Drawbacks:
- The molecules can only be multiplied once after succession. ( cannot create multiple formations after using the parent jutsu. )
- Any Jutsu C Rank or higher can eliminate any formation that it is naturally strong against. ( fire melting ice, wind blowing clouds away, etc. )
