Description: Hara brings her fingertips together and combines both Senjutsu and Raiton chakra into a crackling orb. She then aims it at a target and fires it off at a high speed. Upon contact with any source of foreign chakra, the orb explodes in a blast of lightning that causes heavy damage within a large radius and paralyzes all affected victims. However, it harmlessly passes through any and all objects that lack chakra.
If Hara performs the dragon hand seal and remains still after firing, she can control of the shot directly. The orb follows whatever target she is tracking with her eyes and explodes on command if necessary. It has pinpoint accuracy. On the downside, controlling the shot forces her to focus intensely. Making any rash movements or starting other techniques ends the control and leaves the orb to fly off on its own.
Additional Information: Hara’s high chakra control and natural affinity for Raiton eliminate the need for initial hand seals. The dragon seal is only required for the control part. This jutsu will act as a parent technique for a part of Hara’s future arsenal.
