The body tightened, his brow dripped in sweat, his mind focused all of it’s efforts to a single point and all in order to achieve the goal at hand; complete control. Jiyuu’s focus was solely aimed at his palm, pouring the Wind Chakra in an attempt to form a sphere. But Jiyuu isn't simply forming a sphere of wind, oh no, in reality he is suspending his body with that single palm, lightly levitating him from the ground. Exhausting and excruciating, Jiyuu desperately trying to keep his sphere or otherwise, he’going to be up close and personal face first with the ground. He needed to risk the risk though, it’s the only way in his mind to finally control his Chakra. For Jiyuu, Chakra Control is the biggest drawback he had ever since he was a small kid. This was the biggest reason why didn't graduate as soon as he wanted, he couldn't even perform a simple E-ranked jutsu like the Clone Technique at first. But now with him rising through the ranks at long last, he needs to master what kept him back the most. Because a simple move can stand between life and death for him, his comrades and everyone in-between. Even an outcast like him has the right to protect something that matters to him and that was life. His hand then started to strain from the pressure of Jiyuu’s training. The first instinct he had was to use his other hand from his back in order to uphold his balance. Jiyuu knew he couldn't stop there, his determination and his desires wanted him to keep going and going. But the sphere isn't listening to Jiyuu’s resolved cry as portions of that said sphere is losing it’s shape, much faster than Jiyuu can maintain it. Girting his teeth from the stress and realizing how unlikely this situation is becoming, he pressed on still. His will can only go on for so long, before his body stopped listening to him. The sphere of wind dispersed, leaving nothing to support Jiyuu’s suspended body. And there, his close encounter with the ground has unearthed itself onto Jiyuu’s face. The impact bashed his head and knacked his shoulder upon the landing. Pain ensued on impacted areas for a moment or two as the young man rubbed his forehead. Sighing in frustration, the Genin looked around the training field with disdain. He briefly wondered, “Man, how long was it since I came here and am I the only one who's training for these Chuunin Exams? Maybe I should go into town soon and pick me up some dinner before that teacher guy gets here.” The orange head shook his as if he brought himself back to reality. “Nah, there’s still more I can do before I can get a good bite.” WORDS 475 TAGS Suzune Oda NOTES Welp, let's go hammer girl. |
