biography Oda Okabe has been a member of the Oda Clan's main branch, who had stopped his career as a Shinobi by a relatively young age in two causes: the first, an injury to the back preventing excessive movement required from a Ninja, and the second, for a firstborn child. In honor of his contribution to the village in his time of activity, Okabe was granted the task of keeping guard over Amaterasu's Shrine; a gate guardian. His only son, Oda Kidzuchi, had received in time a similar task, growing into such a life. Kidzuchi would have to be one of the few Shinobi to have been homeschooled, rather trained properly in the Academy. By a very young age, he had reached an estimatedly sufficient level for Genin-level, and had since began sharpening his skills in Bukijutsu. That would be all, thanks to the closed template he was put in: knowing only of Oda, never leaving the shrine area and constantly tagging along his injured father, eventually tending to his tasks as well. To young Kidzuchi, this was all completely legitimate. It wouldn't be a lie to claim that he did miss friends and social skill. When Okabe decided it his son was ready, Kidzuchi enrolled the Academy and in all performances, mostly due to prior training, scored the best in his class. His interest only carried out to usage of bow and arrows, like his father had intended, yet he had to neglect that preference for the sake of graduation; even if he had already knew everything they needed to teach, Kidzuchi still needed to attend class. The toughest time in academy year was, though, getting along with fellow students: he really didn't know how to treat them or please them, besides obeying commands and taking care of their things. With a naive mind like that, Kidzuchi was made into everybody's servant; and he was totally okay with it.
