Item: False-Human Puppet (custom puppet)
Appearance: Reference here.
Being a False-Human Puppet, as Ganju calls that series, "Orihime" shares the same aspect as others: that is, she is based on, and made as a splitting image, of a certain person; in this case, the former rising idol, Sakaki Kukuri.
With smooth and pale skin as perfect as one would imagine and an elegantly formed hairstyle copying the deceased person perfectly, anybody looking at this masterpiece would likely mistake Orihime for a real person. Made to look like the woman, Orihime is built slenderly but solidly, having a small frame but a curvaceous form. The secret behind a build like that, made to imitate a real person perfectly, is only in the materials used: over the hardened, specialized wooden skeleton filled with iron and steel inside, lays a thin layer of wax, and above that, another layer of synthetic rubber. To preserve its elasticity, the inside of Orihime is kept heated, to soften the wax and ensure better flexibility, not interfering with the regular puppet's joint motions. Orihime's hair is made from countless strings to make it feel as soft as possible. Artificial silicon is used to fill all areas which regularly, have only skin (curves, nose edge, lips). The one part about Orihime's coated appearance that would give off her actual lack of life, is her eyes; no matter how detailed he drew it to match a real human's, the False-Human eyes are still hollow. In addition, while the mouth can be opened, it's impossible for Orihime to speak (obviously). The reason Ganju tried so hard to have this puppet imitate the model, is to use her almost-human appearance to train against his Genophobia. On top of that, it isn't like an artist to do a sloppy job.
Orihime was dressed in a unique style, wearing tight and short western-style clothing with special marks over it. Two fans can be seen tied to her waist, used as weapons to utilize in combat, rather directly in contrast with most puppets' hidden weapons. Orihime stands overall, at 163.3 CM exactly but weighs more than the average human due to her actual insides. Matching humans, Orihime has the same amount of joints as a human body in the precise spots it is placed usually, but it should be noted that she's still a tool, a puppet made of parts. As such, her body can be detached and reformed freely by separating several parts, proving her existence as just an item. Her ten hand fingers, wrists and shoulder joints can all be opened fully. Among all of Ganju's creations, Orihime is definitely at the top of his masterpieces. That is because the quality and dedication made in just creating this puppet was perhaps the most meaningful, and surely took the most effort.

Description: Sakaki Kukuri was a young and beautiful woman that only started her career as a rising singer and performer, a revolution-bringing idol. She was a simple civilian in the Land of Waves with a bright and positive personality, turned out to be of the only ones to bypass Ganju's inevitable awkwardness. She was a dear friend to him. But during the mission he had performed in the land, Kukuri found her death at sea. This puppet, "Orihime", was made in honor of this amazing woman and friend, and as a memento. It's possible Ganju didn't accept her death and needed a replacement.
This puppet, which Ganju considers as his absolute masterpiece so far, is also the reason for his workshop's closing. On daily life, he would attempt train against his fear of women through using this work of art. However, as much as it imitates human appearance, Orihime is still a puppet inside, a deadly Ninja tool. As such, her combat capabilities are high, and her body is simply riddled with concealed weapons only waiting to burst out on the right commands. First of all, Orihime's almost completely human appearance can be easily used to fool others into thinking she's just a mute lady, easy for catching some people off-guard. But, just like most other puppets, this one too can detach her body parts for better fighting. Nearly every part of Orihime's body has either a stock of weapons or a hidden blade waiting to be drawn out. Below is a list of weapons and where they're placed:
