Item: Tenpesuto [The Tempest]
Appearance: Tenpesuto is very unique in appearance, crafted of a mixture of chakra reactive steel and pure ruby. The blade itself is made of the same chakra reactive steel with gold mixed in, not only making it beautiful in appearance, but also extremely dangerous in battle. The chain is also made of CRM steel and gold, though it's been reinforced with a hint of obsidian glass. The counter weight on the end is round with spikes, made of the same exact materials as the sickle on the end. The chain is about 7 meters in length at it's fullest.

Description: Tenpesuto is very unique in its creation. From the very beginning, it was made with the Kazekage in mind. The entire weapon is able to channel elemental chakra. It retains said chakra, often morphing itself into the element itself, while still retaining its ability to be used as a weapon. The weapon will not harm the user in any way, as its specially attuned to their chakra, and thus their own bodily chakra wards off any injuries that would be sustained by the target. The weapon can channel two elements at once for deadly and staggering combination attacks. It takes quite a bit more chakra to channel advanced releases of chakra, but it can be done.
