appearance

■ HEAD. Kakiya has a rather average sized head, with no facial hair at all. His hair is a shade of light green with short but very spiky along the edges. Over his left eye, is long scar. His right eye color is hazelnut brown. In his left ear he wears three identical gold earrings.

■ TORSO. Kakiya spends most of his time during the day when he isn't doing anything important, working out, he doesn't even experience the feeling of being out of shape, even if its a little bit. His chest are very large and are splendidly cut around the edges. He makes sure he eats and drinks a lot of protein shakes during the day so he can perfectly manage the amount of fat and muscles he has within his chest. Why you ask? Because he knew if he continued to work into his chest without fattening himself up that his chest would deflate and would only be cut and not muscularly define. Around the stomach area Kakiya has a very well balanced out eight pack. Therefore unlike his chest, he doesn't really have any fat around the edges so that every part of his muscles are perfectly in detail. This makes his chest slightly inflate over his stomach making him look more defined in muscle mass. On Kakiya right side of his chest is a tattoo. The tattoo is a symbol for "Om", a symbol/sound/syllable featured in such religions and belief systems as Hinduism, Jainism and Buddhism.

■ ARMS. Kakiya's arms are probably the most defined muscles he has on his body. They contain only two percent of body fat and are very large so that they match the size of his chest muscles. His triceps are very cut and every muscle's detail on the outside interior of the arm is visible while on the front interior of the arm just about all of his veins are clearly visible, but not too heavily so that he doesn't look as if he is some crazy guy taking steroids or something. He has a massive scar stretching from his left shoulder to his left breast.

■ LEGS. This would probably have to be the strongest part of Kakiya's body being the most in shape. His legs only have three percent body fat and are very defined in muscle definition. Only being average sized his legs also are just enough to match the size of his body. Kakiya weights 195 LBS and stands 6'1 FT tall.

personality

■ Arrogant. Possibly not the best trait to have when you're just a chuunin of the of the shinboi world; serving as both judge, and at times executioner. It is quiet easily to say that the man known as Kakiya Angelo, or better known as Man of steel is the epitome of arrogance. Perhaps calling the man close-minded would be a better description, or even a mix of the two might be a good description of Kakiya. The case being that the man believes himself to be at the top of the food chain in the ninja world given that he is the law. Obviously when you're up at the tipy-top of things then all others are pretty much trash in your eyes, and this is very much so true with Kakiya.

■ Kakiya thinks of, and ranks people as suits of play cards oddly enough. Those he sees as lower class trash often being called, and thought of as a stupid drone, or really he might just refer to them as a number. For example Kakiya could refer to low ranking as a "1"or that a certain unit or crew is a four of a kind of 2's. Pretty much what he is saying is that they're nothing special, forgettable, and not even deserving of a true name. Surprisingly this does not include everyone though even with this said in his own opinion they're still under him. Those that pique his interest, and are often given the nickname of a Royal Suit such as a Jack, Queen, King, or even Ace, though the last is rare. Not once has a single soul been worthy of being call an ace.

■ Straight forward to the point of being pushy, Kakiya is not the type of man who fancies lying, or any form of deception even if his civilian profession calls for him to be a so called master of deception. He will openly speak his mind, and declare his opinions when not trying to force them on others. Sadly, Kakiya is the sort of man whom always believes that he is right, and that his opinion is the one that should be shared by the masses. Needless to say that he does not handle criticism, and a difference of opinion too well. Being that he is the law this means that his word is final, and that there is no "if"s, "and"s. or "butt"s about it. Hell, you may even call the man stubborn in the sense that he seldom changes his mind, or even relents to the possibility of changing it.

■ In his own mind he has one personality flaw which is probably the best to have when you're the judge of the pirate world. While he won't admit it, the man is actually quite empathetic. Kakiya can easily view, and identify with the emotions, and ideas of others, though this does not mean he agrees with the emotions, and view points of others. Hell what man who tries to push his own ideals down people's throat would agree with another's view point. Regardless as judge, and jailer, the ability to perceive, and empathize with all sides of a story is a great trait in order to deal out justice, or at least Kakiya's own version of justice.
