History: The Uruoi were said to be one of the many founders of Kirigakure. They helped shroud Kirigakure from opposing nations and invaders by using their Kekkei Genkai to accumulate molecules, which then formed mist. This mist cloaks every inch of Kirigakure and is one thing that symbolizes the village. However, the clan became too extreme for the village and were exiled because of their great molecule control. The Uruoi respected their decision and escaped to new lands known today as The Village Hidden in Snow. The clansmen helped shelter the village from snowstorms that may be too harsh or glaciers that approached.
However, a secret colony of Uruoi clansmen remained in Kirigakure, keeping their abilities on lockdown. Very few people could people could connect the Uruoi to the random downpours of snow or rain, but soon they were suspected. Fortunately the weather wasn't terribly harsh or harmful during those times and actually helped the crops grow. In fact, the clan was deemed helpful instead of harmful, especially after the village regained the knowledge of their beloved mist. The Uruoi were given access once again, but by this time the Uruoi that migrated decided to stay in their new homelands which officially parted the clan into two.
Traits:
- Physical - The Uruoi generally have hair that are shades of white and blue ( sky blue, gray, dark blue, etc. ). Their eyes are the same way. Their pores are well adjusted to any form of water, even hail.
- Mental - The Uruoi have an odd fondness towards all forms and kinds of water ( tap, ocean, rain ). To others, water is just a purifier or coolant, but to the Uruoi, water is like sustenance that is welcomed but not needed. Water just naturally soothes them and brings them to ease, but water can also be the thing that saddens or enrages them.
Kekkei Genkai:
Moisture Manipulation
[ Suibun Ayatsuri ]
This is the Uruoi's famed bloodline ability, Suibun, or Moisture Manipulation. It's more of an advanced form of Suiton that lets you control the amount and accumulation of water rather than just it's movement, form, temperature, and texture. However, the molecules can only be multiplied once after succession. This technique can be used offensively, defensively, or supportively. As long as the user has the elements of the advanced nature, they are able to perform water based techniques of that element ( Water + Wind = Ice or Snow / Water + Fire = Boil or Steam ) if they learn ( buy ) the element first. Mist is the accumulation of condensed water molecules which is one natural ability of this manipulation. However, this molecule control can only be used after an initial jutsu.

Description: This is the hiden technique most Uruoi have knowledge of. This gives them the ability to control moisture on a larger scale. After performing hand seals, the user disperses any amount of water molecules not located within organic materials and applies those molecules to a form and texture. Like a cloud for example. They can then apply temperature and movement to the equation and create a self made cloud that can only be ten meters long / diameter. That length applies for all self made accumulation attacks made by this technique. If raiton chakra is applied to any formation used, it can create a devastating combination. ( Small thunderstorms, shocking mist, etc. )
Additional Information: This technique can only be used once every three posts to create a ten meter diameter formation. The user can choose which targets are affected by this technique.

Description: In this technique, the user simply disperses their chakra like a shockwave to detect any and all water molecules within a fifty meter diameter area. This means that any space within that scan that is filled by organic disturbances ( humans, animals, plants ), then those substances will be detected. Chakra signatures known by the user will be signalled as so, versus unknown and potential chakras also being signalled as so.

Description: The user begins to concentrate and accumulate their chakra within the center of their body. They then disperse the chakra, that is now of the water element, all throughout each chakra chamber within their body which then disperses the actual element jutsu that not only morphs their cells into water molecules, but also disperses it into the wind. This technique is very hard to negate and hard to intercept because of the users dispersion into water or mist. The user can also move their molecules toward a water substance and merge with said water substance to mimic the hiding in water technique.
Additional Information: This technique can be used as transportation and as a dodging technique. The user can only disperse within a one hundred meter length from where they began the dispersion.
Name: Ultimate Liquid Body Dispersion: Endless Cutting Rain Technique

Description: The user pools their chakra into their body and disperses it and after their body has successfully morphed into water molecules. The user's body then accumulates and multiplies until it forms a cloud that could cover half of a single village. The cloud then begins to rain as if it was a natural drizzle. However, this is no normal rain. No. This rain has knifelike properties that cut any target caught within it's parameter. If anyone caught within remains there for too long ( 1 Post ), they will likely be sliced to bits.
Additional Information: Lasts 3 Posts. However, this jutsu is so costly that it immobilizes the user after succession. ( 1 post ) Can be blown away by any wind element jutsu of A Rank or higher.

Additional Information: Very few clansmen are cursed with emotional molecule control; which causes them to control molecule involuntarily. ( rain clouds when sad, storms when angry, rainbows when happy ).
