Item: Custom puppet
Appearance: Rank: B-Rank
Quantity: One of a kind (one of a set of three)
Description: The last of three in Shion's penguin puppet set, and thus the most advanced in both appearance and durability. This puppet was designed to specialize in direct combat. Like the other two penguins, it is small enough to pass for a pet or plushy, though being the toughest and heaviest of the three, it doesn't make for a very comfortable object to hold, and is usually kept sealed in a scroll. Miharu's name, meaning "to look out or watch," as well as "to stand guard," was chosen for its rather masculine and "tough" aspect. Also, "mi" is another way to read the kanji for three.
Unlike the other two penguins, Miharu is made almost entirely from wood and steel. It's main body is composed of layer upon layer of wood and steel, alternating so that both its outermost layer and its core are metal. Small hollows permeate the puppet's body, imitating the structure of bone. Though this decreases the puppet's weight a bit, it increases the durability of the puppet by allowing force to spread throughout it. Its limbs and beak are a different story, however, and are made to be "jointed" for movement and hide an assortment of small weapons. A small hollow sits behind Miharu's beak, so that when opened, weapons can be shot out. Like the other two penguins, a relatively thin layer of felt covers it to give it a soft outer layer, though it appears that that was for aesthetic purposes only.
