Description: Similar to the transformation technique taught at the academy, the Saito Clan has passed down this hiden jutsu for many years and it is known as their trademark technique. The technique takes a few minutes to set up, as the user must focus an incredible amount of chakra evenly distributed throughout their entire body for a successful transformation. The technique requires a unique 'cat' seal that isn't officially recognized by the academy, but is widely used for the Saito clan's techniques. Surrounded in a puff of white smoke, the user transforms into a black cat the size of a domesticated cat. Despite turning into a cat, they are unable to communicate with animals. They are also unable to communicate with shinobi outside of clansmen, though they are still able to understand when spoken to. The user may also use jutsu in this form, and the entire body of the cat glows with the color of their chakra, making it clear this is no household cat.
Though the jutsu itself creates a convincing cat, it is meant to be used in conjunction with other hiden jutsu (ex: a chakra masking jutsu) to make the transformation seem more realistic. This jutsu is not dispelled upon injury or attack, but requires incredible chakra control to maintain it for long periods of time, particularly under stressful situations where the shinobi's focus may have to shift from 100% chakra control. Due to this, the technique is mainly for non-combat purposes such as scouting, intel gathering, etc.
Additional Information: This technique can only be used by a member of the Saito Clan, or someone who has received a blood transfusion from one of it's members and has been trained to use the jutsu (though note that this is forbidden and as their blood is incompatible with most blood types, extremely hard to accomplish).
