These wild dogs are not alone. In fact, they are being led by a rogue Shinobi from further Northeast. She recently abandoned the small shinobi village of Otogakure. She goes by the name of Emiko Tenshin. She specializes in beast taming and related jutsu. Her involvement in this is currently unknown, but some of the survivors claim they may have seen another person commanding the beasts.
Mission Description:
Recently, a large pack of wild dogs have been attacking and killing small groups of travelers. What makes it odd is that they aren't killing for food. They're hunting for sport. The bodies are left there in the wild, to rot. A few people have survived and made it back to their respective villages. Some of them are open to questioning if it means helping to put a stop to these attacks. Question the survivors, gather information, and put a stop to the attacks.
