Description: The user transforms their chakra into a small whirlwind around their arm. This wind has several purposes. Offensively it can be used to directly strike an opponent, causing lacerations and knocking the target back. It can also be "thrown" a short distance in front of the user, resulting in the same effects, but the wind will disperse shortly after leaving the arm.
Defensively, this can be used to block incoming taijutsu attacks, with the same results as above. Alternatively it can also be used to block incoming projectiles and weak chakra based attacks. If an attack is stronger than the wind, it will dissipate.
Additional Information: This technique was designed to supplement a taijutsu user with talent in ninjutsu. As such, it is ineffective as simply a ninjutsu technique.
