History:
A clan that use to have hundreds of members. Lived peacefully in the world bothering none. Before Omegas were a rarity in the clan. The Manji proudly showed their extra limbs. They created homes in the trees on the outskirts of what is now Konoha. They weaved beautiful web designs to hold their homes up seeing themselves as a part of the nature of the forest. They were able to coexist with the animals that lived in the forest due to the fact that they only hunted the bugs for food. That was all fine until the shinobi world began to be made. The manji clan had been alone for so long that when other people saw them all they saw was demons that they believed needed to be eradicated. They believed the Omegas of the clan to be monsters and hunted them down until the forest was no longer a safe plan for members of the clan. Without a true need for glasses or training in combat the Manji clan was completely unprepared for the attempted Genocide of their people.
After years of traveling without any safe haven to find the people of the Manji clan were welcomed into Sunagakure. It was a safe haven for them after years on end of trying to escape from those that feared them for their looks rather than acknowledge their very peaceful way of life. Unfortunately members of the clan weren't used to the Sun and the unforgiving heat of the wind country. As the years passed even more members of the clan perished as they tried to grow accustomed to their new home. They needed to find ways to grow money and survive when less food was available then what they had grown accustomed to in their original homes.
They struggled for a long time until an Omega by the name of Hei took over leadership of the clan at the young age of 18.
Hei had goals for the clan that many others had not. Although they had joined the shinobi ranks of Sunagakure a long time ago no one had ever had the same mind for business that Hei had. During the wars that plagued the world he saw the perfect opportunity to use the silk that the Omegas were using to create clothing and uniforms to sell to the members of the village. Although it may have seem useless their webs were strong enough to last in the wind country which would make the silk valuable due to it being unable to withstand the intense heat of the sun making it cooler than other clothes previously worn by shinobi. The sale of these cloths also made it where the Manji clan wasn't as targeted for discrimination due to their strangeness.
70 years have passed since Hei has taken over for the clan. The sale of their silk has made them the wealthiest clan in all of Sunagakure and probably one of the wealthiest in the shinobi world. However their frugal ways has made it where the money is just saved up rather than spent by the clan members. As time goes by Hei constantly is searching for his successor in the young Omega's currently in the clan. Although one of the commoners has also caught his eye.
Biological Traits:
All Clan Members have poor eyesight. They can't see details in most of the objects they look at or color. This inability to identify things by looks or colors makes them terrible for hunting down specific people. However when it comes to finding large groups of people the Manji clan are particularly useful due to the ability see heat signatures or infared radiation which is usually how they identify the amount of people in an area as something more than the blur they see without the glasses most of the clan members wear. Without these glasses all of the members are basically blind. All the members also have tiny hairs covering most of their body. These hairs react to things such as a change in the wind or a change in the vibrations on the ground that they walk on. It works as a sixth sense for members of the clan. However it doesn't mean they will sense everything. As they become older the sense will become stronger but when young the most a Manji can decipher the difference in is something big like a large man stomping his feet. A full fledged Jounin would be able to detect a another Shinobi silently moving in a quarter of a mile or 400 meters.
Members of the clan have a strict diet that they must uphold. Members of the clan only eat bugs. However due to the fact that bugs are much smaller than meals that normal humans eat most members of the Manji clan can be seen munching on little rice balls filled with insects at all times. They would look like a normal meal to anyone who saw them until they are bitten into. Without food most members would become sick. Lack of food for an Omega would result in the deterioration of their extra limbs as well as destroying their spinneret glands.
Omegas: Omegas are born with extra limbs. These clan members have 2 sets of extra arms. Due to the fact that the 4 extra arms would make most people uncomfortable all Omegas usually have the extra arms wrapped around their body when not in use so they can live their lives normally. These arms are used in physical combat to give them an advantage against their adversaries as well as to make them more agile when they enter their spider form of attacking. The use of extra limbs when pushing against the ground allows for the Manji members to leave more space between their steps. They are also perfect for climbing.
Omegas are also known for their web production. Omegas are able to learn the clan's hidden techniques which allow for the silk they produce to be used in a an abundance of different ways. The sticky substance can leave the body through the finger tips as well as through the mouth. The silk is stored in two spinneret glands found adjacent to the kidneys. Deep stab wounds to these glands are lethal to members of the Manji clan due to how they help in the circulation of the bodies fluids. Due to this ability Omegas are essential to the clan's cloth business because they make the silk that is used in the production of all the goods.

Additional Information: All members of the Manji clan have a undying hate for the leaf village and anyone from the land of fire. They believe themselves to have a right to part of that land that was stolen from them.
Clan Leader tradition: The Clan leader is selected by the leader of the clan before he passes on to the afterlife. However if the clan leader is unable to do this before his or her death than a council is made of twelve commoners who select two Omegas to fight to the death for the position. Dying in this battle known as the KuroKate is one of the greatest honors of the clan. No commoner can be selected to take part in the KuroKate although a commoner can be selected by the Clan leader to succeed him although that happening is very rare for the clan.
