Devro is the average height of an average Ishiyama male. He stands at six feet and weighs slightly more than average clansmen. His hair extends down to his lower lumbar and is spiked throughout. He has studded piercings embedded through his nose, where his eyebrows should be, lower lip, and ears. The piercings also line his outer forearms. His irises are amber with a tint of red.

His body build is different from majority of his clan members. He has an athletic body with shapely muscles due to his consistent training efforts. Devro also has pale skin like other members of the clan. A tattoo of the clan's insignia rest on his left shoulder. He also has the image of an oriental dragon tattooed tatto that takes up the circumference of his back.

Devro typically wears black clothing with a sleeveless fishnet shirt and a black sleeveless coat that extends mid calf. His pants are standard and are also black in color. The clan emblem can be seen near the right side of his chest on his coat. He wears a black headband that covers his widows peak and keeps some of his hair out of his face. On his back, is a katana that he has kept since his early years. Devro also wears black shinobi shoes and finger-less gloves. He has a pouch on his right thigh and hip to hold general ninja tools such as kunai and shuriken.

personality

Devro tends to be very strict and a level headed shinobi. Though when he gets mad, you would do best to stay clear. He enjoys the atmosphere of being around his fellow clansmen and clanswomen. His view on others is that their actions speak louder than their words. This includes accomplishments done throughout their lifetime. He won't brag about himself, but will brag to others about the clan.

 Devro prefers training than spending a lot of time lounging around. He doesn't mind helping others and lending a hand to those in need. When not leading a group he tends to be the one who watches the groups back and brings support when necessary. He would normally use himself as a distraction to try and catch an opponent off guard. In a lead role, he would take the position by the reigns and make sure what needs to get down gets down. He prefers tactical approaches to missions and assignments. Though, he isn't against using brute force to accomplish a goal.

His loyalties lie with those he finds worthy of his time. Developing relationships for him can be a bit tricky at times. There hasn't been much keeping him for making friends other than his attitude toward other people. He doesn't hold too many people in high regard without seeing proof of their abilities. If you were to meet him straight off the bat, some have said that he his the strong quiet type. Devro is not afriad to state his opinion, but tries to word his sentences to attempt to not cause offence.

Regardless of the situation, he can be over analytical and take things to the extreme. While training, he can be overbearing on his self and others he is training with. He takes things very seriously and very seldom make jokes. Don't take his seriousness for him being a sourpuss. He knows how to have fun even though his demeanor may seem otherwise.

Among all these things, he is highly self confident. Even though his self confidence took years to develop, he trust and believes in his own abilities. Sometimes, his self confidence makes him a bit arrogant such as trying to take matters into his own hands. His hard work and determination are unparalleled to most. When he puts his mind to something, he sees it through to the end.

Devro doesn't seek comfort in material things, but prides himself knowing that he can do some good for the sake of his clan and village.

history

To Mitosu and Kira of the great Ishiyama clan, Devro was born into the world on a cold day mid winter. He grew up as a child who enjoyed helping out with various task regardless of what it was. There was a lot in the world that he took interest in and he found various ways to enjoy them. His parents were the type of parents that spoiled him. It even continued after the birth of his two younger siblings. Their parent's saw them as gifts that they could love on forever.

Even when spoiled by his parents most of his childhood, he was still expected to uphold the standards of the clan. Since he could remember, he has known combat. Fighting always made him feel happy. It was something about fighting others and combat in general that gave him joyous pleasure. He was also good with weapons in general. Devro had taken a liking for swordsmanship, and maintains his view that the sword is one of the most fitting things a fighter should have.

As he started to meet various people from various places, he was inspired by a warrior from the north that taught him that words are just things to throw around, but a true individual shows themselves through his or her accomplishments. Hearing the man's words at the age of ten, inspired him to do all he could to be a great fighter and well renowned shinobi. He was able to overcome his lack of self confidence and insecurity to become a fearsome shinobi. He spent a lot of time training with his clansmen and developing the required skills to become a more than capable fighter.

At an early age, he sought out to train with one of his clansmen. The two clansmen were close in age and Devro enjoyed the atmosphere of two fighters training together. They went into the depths of the woods at night to develop new techniques and discover new ways to better themselves. They knew they weren't supposed to be out that late, but they didn't really care. On there journey they discovered a small group of five bandits that were trying to rob a family traveling on the road. They threatened to kill them if they didn't give in to their request. Devro saw the incident and wasn't sure of what to do. Though, deep down he knew that he couldn't let this family lose their lively hood. He had an urgent feeling to protect them.

Before his clansman could say anything, Devro had already intervened. The young shinobi drew out his blade and sliced open the nearest one's back. He did this while striving to hit the another one with the butt of his blade. After causing one to succumb to his injuries the other one rendered unconscious, his clansman knocked out another that was about to run him through. The remaining bandit dropped his weapon and requested them to not kill him. They allowed him to tend to his fallen comrades and leave. The family they rescued thanked them. They even said that they had a change of heart about shinobi. From that point on, Devro knew that he had to protect those who are around them.

When the clan tested his abilities, they discovered his destructive potential. His swordsmanship was unmatched for his age due to him being naturally talented with weapons. When testing his chakra use they found him to be sufficient in its use. He wasn't someone who was considered a genius at it, but just above average. When given feedback about his chakra use it was more of a pat on the back than what he truly wanted. Devro decded to take it upon himself in his early years to find ways to increase his chakra use. He knew from training and past experiences that you only could get better at something when you took to time to hone that skill. Plus, the Ishiyama were going to have him attempt to master it with or without his consent. 

Since being trained as a shinobi in his beginning stages of life, he has become a hardened warrior and capable shinobi. His fighting abilities had become second nature. Though he understood the clans views on preserving life, he is not afraid to take the life of another. Devro trained himself to be able to subdue his opponents without taking their lives, but has also secretly trained himself to take down his opponents by aiming for vital spots on the body. He has killed shinobi and nonshinobi alike and feels that saving one's life sometimes isn't worth the risk.

Devro has been more than willing to help out with clan and village needs. His skills for combat, willingness to protect others, and being overly analytical have suited him for watching over others. He is a member of the the Hogo-sha, who are a form of police force that protects the village from crime and outside threats. Due to his fluent movements with the sword, his destructive capabilities, and his flowing black mane, he was given the name The Black Dragon of Heaven.
