The location of the ship and bandits is already known by the Entrepreneur, and he has passed this information onto the hired party. The kind of resistance the bandits could potentially have upon arrival is not currently known. There will probably be a lot of resistance, and they will be heavily armed and probably talented to some extent. However, this is probably not a huge concern for a talented team of shinobi.
Mission Description:
A small band of heavily armed bandits have recently stolen valuable goods from a wealthy Entrepreneur who runs his business out of the City of Light. All of these items were valuable and personal possessions of his, and were taken right from his home. The bandits came by ship, and the ship is currently docked in the Land of Typhoons, heavily guarded. The wealthy Entrepreneur has hired Shinobi from Tengokugakure to locate these bandits and their boat, and find his stolen items.
Objective: Retrieve the stolen items using any means necessary, before the bandits set sail with them.
Payout: 1000 Ryo
