Hachougan -- the Wavelength Eye
Physiological Attributes:
This jutsu, when not activated, does not have physical properties. However, when activated, the user's eyeshade doesn't change much, only growing a shade lighter For each "stage", the appearance of the eyes will change slightly until it reaches it's final stage.
Special Abilities:
The Hachougan grants the user many useful abilities as one progress and become stronger then it.
The first stage allows the user to see light particles and gather them with their chakra. This allows them the pseudo fake release of the clan. The Hiton, or Light Release, style techniques. They can also see mildly better in the dark due a side effect.
The second stage, allows the user to see light particles easier and gather them faster. This allows them easier access to the higher rank Hiton jutsu. However, at the second stage. A new ability is gained. It also allows them to see wavelengths like heat, sound, and rays that normally can't be seen. This allows them in some ways to see sound and heat to a limited degree. This could be useful, like tracking targets by sound and heat alone.
The third stage allows them to see things crispy clear and for short time, zoom in our out. This allows them to read attacks. However, there could be PROBLEMS...["See Drawbacks"]
The fourth stage allows them to see chakra itself. It allows them to identify the nature (current/latent), the amount, and other details. This makes them able to analyze and gather information on the foes. Overtime, one can use this stage to identify attacks and techniques. This allows them a better chance of countering and preparation.
The fifth and final stage allows them read emotions and tell between lies and truth. This is because it is through studying the chakra. Certain shades of color represent emotions and feelings, even if the person is masking it up. Also, when a person lies, the Hachougan can see a disturbance in their chakra at this state.
This also allows them to identify humans from clones to a degree.
Stages:

Stage 1: A single ring appears in the eyes as the natural color shade grows lighter. Note, the ring is the color of the normal shade.
Stage 2: A single triangle is added in each eye. Note, when a single triangle appears in one eye. It means stage 2 is emerging soon.
Stage 3: A second triangle is added. When one eye has two and another has one triangles that means stage 3 is close to awakening.
Stage 4: A third triangle is added. When one eye has thre and another has two triangles that means stage 4 is close to awakening.
Stage 5: A fourth triangle is added. This only happens after the requirements is obtained.
Method of Obtainment:
The Hachougan is a semi-rare Kekkei Genkai trait of the Tenjyon. Of every 3 members, only 2 have it. It's only avaible via blood line inheritance. Note, the clan's head family has higher rate of achieving this Kekkei Genkai. Normally, this kekkei awakens itself depending on the user's skill level. Stage 1 is awakened when you at least D rank in Ninjutsu and suffered a great shock/stress/emotions/or pushed a certain degree. Stage 2-4 awaken the same way. Stage 2 awakens at C rank, Stage 3 awakens at B rank, and Stage 4 ranks awakens at A rank. Note, as each rank goes higher, it requires greater stress/shock/emotions to activate. Stage 5 is only awakened when one suffers severe loss or shock or great negative emotions. Like losing a love one when you achieved the other 4 stages. Also, as the next stage is awaken, the users feels a great deal of strain on the eyes. This is only temporarily.
Limitations/Drawbacks:
The Hachougan may have plenty of abilities, but every Kekkei Genkai has it's drawbacks. The first is that they are sensitive to sudden flashes of light at the younger stages [1-2]. But as they grow experience, it lessens. However, it still very annoying. The user may be able to see heat, sun, and rays. However, they can't really stop this. So inexperience members suffers headaches at this stage usually. Third stage might be allow the members to slow/make objects faster, but their body might not be able to keep at the speed. Also, when a target zooms or zooms out on a target, they cannot focus on their surroundings as much. This might lead them being attacked while their focused on something else. Fourth stage can see chakra, yes, however huge amounts of chakra might temporarily blind the user for a short period time and make them dizzy. Fifth stage allows them read emotions, however, it takes time to learn the variation of shades. This is because almost everyone have different shades of chakra.
