Mission Name: Investigating the Shinobi of Shimo no Kuni

Suggested Shinobi: Jounin or above
Location: Shimo no Kuni
OOC Information: This mission may be completed by either a small team of Jounin, or someone acting alone. Please ask those who are also of the rank to take this mission if they would like to join you before starting.
Mission Description: There are rumors circulating about an uprising in Shimo no Kuni. Their current leader, Hayato, is known for being an incredibly sexist man who doesn't believe a woman can reign as Raikage. He has already sent the Godaime Raikage several threats on her life, which were promptly ignored as the complaints of an old fool. However, it has become clear that Shimo no Kuni is gathering new weapons and it appears as though they are gearing up for a war. They were last scene camping out in the Valley of Clouds and Lightning near a pivotal trade route.
Objective:
- Find out Hayato's intentions without being spotted.
- If applicable, protect the merchants on the trade route that are on their way to Kumogakure.
- If necessary, you may assassinate Hayato. Whether this is necessary or not is up to the shinobi taking the mission.
Payout: 1000 Ryo
Additional Rewards: N/A, (But remember that a thread involving a fight can be used as a training thread if you are using a specific skill.)
