Kekkei Genkai Name: Hyton release
Physiological Attributes: N/A
Special Abilities: Hyton is that of creating ice, the wielder of this Kekkai Genkai has complete and utter control by willpower alone toward ice (Unless the user is beginner to this, having to do hand-seal to control the ice and summon it). The properties range a from line of ice scampering around in front of him to block Kunai if the user really needed to, from barricading wall, too that of offensive bullets among other abilities. Another known use of this release is through the chakra of his vein's kekkei genkai. Through this bloodline, they can manipulate their water nature with unnaturally cold temperatures stored in their chakra. This form of ice is strong enough to rival even a diamond in durability.

Method of Obtainment: Since 'Kekkai Genkai' is referred by blood line trait, it's preserved to only to him. (Though since this might be something someone else might want, like clan, I'm fine with them saying he was just far off branch or something with luck to getting it)
Limitations/Drawbacks: One fire jutsu isn't going to completely melt it, but will do damage, make impacting shard of ice (with wind) becoming dull with loss of edge. Meaning with any slight protecting gear, it won't penetrate. This does depend on rank with the fire itself also, as advanced fire can evaporate water, hence working the other way around. With draining your chakra dry, the user can lose the ability to release jutsu at all (Not only that, in the midst of battle) lasting for week.
