Description: By swirling their Chakra violently around their forearm and hand, the user can attract wind around it, creating a miniature, compressed gale that can actually be seen. Swirling the forearm and fist around augments wind gathering process, increasing the speed and efficiency. The range stretches around two centimeters more than the usual punch's reach due to the flowing wind. The main, obvious purpose of this technique, is landing heavy damage in close range.
Additional Information: Horse, Bird, Rat; This technique can also be used defensively, to deflect upcoming projectiles or regular physical assaults with the violent wind. As this is Shikai's most prominent technique and one he had created together with his brother, Fuuken is considered Shikai's signature technique.
