Kekkei Genkai Name:Fuuton no Kōfuku(Wind being)
Physiological Attributes:People of this birth right or bloodlimit are usually very odd as they are very relaxed about nearly everything they have very calm souls and usually don't really give a damn about a lot of things they have been known to commit very casual murders as if nothing happened at all for example they can kill you in a gruesome manner and continue talking about how nice they are and how much they love puppies to a girl they just met right after killing you infront of her so more or less they are almost all nearly mentally unstable
They are also mostly lazy but extremely fast ,infact before their true power was discovered they were used as racer's being abnormally fast in running and fighting they're movements are almost lighting fast due to their physical build ,they are musculen but not too bulky and very agile.Most of these people are easy to spot since they have Bright blue eyes and they love wearing cloaks due to the cool appearance of the cloaks movements when using their wind powers
Special Abilities:More then anything their true power is being one with the wind nearly in a litteral way since they can sense disturbances in the air and mould wind as they please often they naturally master fuuton techniques in far less time then normal people would and use them at greater force and speed then normal people could also with far less chakra consumption since they can only learn Fuuton based jutsu they have incorporated it in their daily lives as most members use it to make themselves even faster then they naturally are and the most common form of transportation for these people Is an eatama or wind surfing
Eatama:A large ball of spinning wind the user forms by making the rabbit handseal and sits on ,this ball travels at great speeds and on any terrain wiether its on walls,water,quicksand etc it cannot be used for attack just transportation it also requires no chakra to maintain once formed and disappears into normal air if it isn't used for a long time available to all levels
Wind surf:A user of a greater level like an adult may use it to glide on wind without any glider or tools or levitate in one place and jump great heights available to level 3 and above
They are also unable to use taijutsu that isn't of their bloodlimit their taijutsu is called winds force.Since they are agile they do not posses much strength so their main fighting style balances that out as it allows them fast movements and once they touch an enemy with a fist or kick a powerful gust of wind is released a few seconds after causeing great force able to push away enemies 4x of greater size as if they were nothing but at level one it causes minimal damage like cuts on the flesh,normal muscle pain and exhausts enemies quicker or causes damage when they are pushed on hard platforms or walls it is critical at level 2 and upwards where wind not only pushes an enemy back but enters the body and violently cuts muscle tissue and flesh on the outside causing internal and external damage and multiple torso hits cause the effect having the wind knocked out of you and slight suffocation this mixed with lighing fast speed makes for a deadly combo ,each combo is composed of ten very hard to see and block kicks or punches either focused on the torso or lower body
Their most rare abilitiy is to sense movements in wind and react to them at great speed .they are able to sense any attack,projectile or creature within a certain feet radius of them in detial this includes being able to identify size and speed that the object is travelling at even with their eyes closed due to the vibrations and disturbances on wind those may have once being sensed it is up to them and how well they are able to react although it gives them a lot of time to prepare a reversal or react. the radius,size and detail of the technique increase depending on their stage when talk of this kekkei genkai arose so did the stories of a fifteen year old named Rounin who had already reached level 2

stage one: at this stage they are able to use eatama and their taijutsu art but not at critical stage ,but their wind abilities are still higher then most people though.and they are only able to sense big creatures that travel slightly slower then them and their sense radius is 39 feet from all directions since they are at the middle of the circle (mini whirlwind possible it does not kill just causes dizziness and cuts to the flesh used to stall or prolong a battle for strategy or reflect projectiles and other D ranked attacks )
stage two:at this stage they are able to manipulate not only wind but its when they learn to manipulate speed such as the speed of projectiles thrown at them or projectiles they throw and even their very own speed.Their fighting style can cause deadlier cuts to the flesh and internal organs plus they perform it at a faster speed also allowing them to push enemies further ..their sense radius is 49 feet in all directions from the middle and they are able to sense things in all sizes in suprising detail their wind control abilities are tripple what they were in stage one to the point of being able to maintain 7 fuuton jutsu at the same time with ease(average whirlind possible it does not kill it just causes. Saveir dizziness,and used for trapping enemies in the center of the whirlwind ,if they try to touch the sides they may get savier cuts and be bounced from surface to surface within the whirlwind may be used to reflect projectiles,D,and C ranked attacks )
Stage 3:the user may now wind surf , their taijutsu causes damage to internal organs and their sense radius is 50 feet in all directions from the middle and their wind control abilities have also trippled from what they were in stage two able to maintain 8 or 9 wind jutsu at the same time (average whirlind possible it does not kill it just causes dizziness and cuts things within it to shreds. used to clear paths by cutting through trees ,rocks and walls it also reflects projectiles,D,C and B ranked attacks)
Stage four:at this stage all their abilities have reached the roof ,their wind control abilities surpass a normal wind master and theyer taijutsu has reached maximum speed their sensing radius is 69 feet maximum in all directions from the middle (Large whirlwind possible this allows the user to stand in the centre and spin thus pushing everything near him/her away it also repels projectiles,D,C,B and A atacks )
Method of Obtainment:People are born with it
Limitations/Drawbacks:Dissables users to learn any other type of elemental jutsu or hand to hand taijutsu and Genjutsu
Additional Information:elementless jutsu like shadow clones ,shunshin(body flicker ) are Enabled and the sensing teechnique is called Fuuton territory
